Client : The 2810 Private Estate

The client needed something simple (four pages) to hand out to booking agents. We designed this to be simple and easy to get made. I decided to go with a black background with white lettering because it punches and it’s elegant. the massive amounts of copy were handled accordingly and balanced throughout. the only color is from the photos of the property. Simple and clean and to the point.
