Dre5 Productions (Dre5) is a Nevada based company, that primarily does business in and around the Las Vegas valley. What follows is Dre5’s online privacy policy, which governs personal information gathered on our site or in our physical location at 714 South 4th Street, Las Vegas NV 89101.

Dre5 keeps only non harmful billing information on file and never keeps sensitive information longer than needed for any specific production that that information was submitted for. When handling credit cards over the phone, all information is keyed into our merchant processor only for that specific transaction and no records outside of that are retained. We do not keep credit card numbers. Period. All Dre5 agents and contractors with access to personal information obtained through our Web site or information from our files are also bound to adhere to this policy as part of their contract with Dre5 Productions which is binding by law.

Dre5 does not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information from children under the age of 13. In addition, no part of our site or our business is designed with the purpose of attracting any person under age 13.

How we use the personal information we collect : Unless you otherwise consent, we will use your personal information only for the purpose for which it is submitted, such as to reply to your emails, handle your orders, rent you equipment, and process billing and business requests related to project production, and we will use such information to provide notices, invoices and to conduct day-to-day business with you the client. Our use of such personal information may lead us to the aggregation of demographical data simply for our own knowledge and understanding of our marketing endeavors, but will not result in the reporting or publication of any personal information provided to us. At certain points where personal information is collected on our site, there may be a box where you may indicate you would like to be on a mailing list to receive information about other Dre5 promotions or services and about ways to support Dre5 or one of its preferred partners.
